- I saw the link on how to make twirly skirts on my friend Sarah's blog and I just knew I had to try my hand at this project. The sizing started at a 90 (for European size chart click here) so I set to work and made one for Girl1. It could use a little more twirl so I'm going to put a little more fabric in the one I make tonight. Here is the link. Enjoy!
