 | I saw this Apple Walnut Torta on Giada's thanksgiving special (I think it was called 'Thanksgiving for 2') and boy #2 (apple lover) was very interested. I told him that if he wanted we could make it together. Next day, we made with pecans istead of walnuts and minus the orange ingredients (I can't stand things with orange essence probably due to a "I'll have the orange flavored flouride treatment please" moment in my youth) It was so great that one 8" round was not enough... we were left wanting. AbFab in everyway. Definately will be made again and again and again... |

um...yeah, i'm drooling. just so you know. you may have to buy me a new keyboard. sheesh! this looks SO GOOD! just stop it with these great recipes. you are killing me softly. ;)
